• We currently deliver to most locations across India through trusted courier partners.
• International shipping is not available at the moment.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
• Delivery timelines may be affected due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural disasters).

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
• You can track your order directly through our courier partner’s website.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package is damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please report to us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email / Phone].
• We may request photos or unboxing videos for verification before issuing a replacement or refund.

8. Order Cancellations After Shipping

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• In case of refusal at delivery, shipping charges will not be refunded.
