- We currently deliver to most locations across India through trusted courier partners.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
- Delivery timelines may be affected due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural disasters).
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
- You can track your order directly through our courier partner’s website.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

8. Order Cancellations After Shipping
