At Jothi craft exports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our eco-friendly banana fibre products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Handmade or custom items, minor color/texture variations, or products used by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support at [Your Email / Phone] with your order number and photos of the product issue.
- Our team will review the request and provide instructions for the return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided courier details.
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective product.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges for the same product or an alternative item of equal value can be arranged after verification of the returned item.
- If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If a product is damaged or lost during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- We may request photos, unboxing videos, or courier details to process the refund or replacement.
